    Havre is a Hi Line hub in Hill County and home to MSU Northern. We support owners and tenants with tenant placement, leasing, maintenance coordination, and clear communication. Your day to day management is handled through our Great Falls team.

  • Chester

    Chester is a Hi Line community in Liberty County along US Highway 2. We support owners and tenants with tenant placement, leasing, maintenance coordination, and clear communication. We coordinate everything from our Great Falls office.

  • Shelby

    Shelby is in Toole County at the junction of I 15 and US Highway 2. We support owners and tenants with tenant placement, leasing, maintenance coordination, and clear communication. You will work with our Great Falls based team for updates and support.

  • Cut Bank

    Cut Bank is the Glacier County seat along the US Highway 2 corridor. We support owners and tenants with tenant placement, leasing, maintenance coordination, and clear communication. Oversight and communication are managed through Great Falls.

  • Conrad

    Conrad is the Pondera County seat in Montana’s Golden Triangle region. We support owners and tenants with tenant placement, leasing, maintenance coordination, and clear communication. Our Great Falls team provides a consistent process and communication.
